Texas Tax Group is a firm which conduct audits of organizations regarding their taxes. I was part of the engineering team for around 4 years. We as an engineering team was responsible to automate their workflows by implementing CRM as per their business need. Customized CRM had ability to handle finance and accounting. I was working as team lead and responsible to translate client's requirements into solutions and customized application.
